Ogechukwu Okolie – Managing Director, Founder
Ogechukwu Okolie is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He served as the senior Estate Surveyor in Living Stone Iyanda and Co Limited, a prominent real estate company in Sokoto, he also served as the Facility Manager of the Lagos State Development and Corporation Estate. He also worked as Sales Manager at Mouka Limited, Lagos.
He holds a degree in Estate Management from a prestigious Institution in Edo State, Nigeria. Mr Okolie leads a dynamic team comprising of Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, Leasing Agents and more. His international exposure to the property market has added value to the team, as he has an eye for aesthetic designs, details and quality services.
Jerry O. Erondu – Executive Director
Jerry Erondu holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate management from Covenant University. He served as a Facility Manager in Aircom Nigeria Limited, a real estate development and construction company in Nigeria. His experiences span across development and construction, Mr Erondu provides strategy and management to the company.
Adekunle Erunse – Business Development Manager
Adekunle Erunse is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate management from the University of Lagos and also acquired his Master's Degree in Facility Management; more so, he is involved in various construction projects for the company.
Mariam Uzebu – Company Attorney
Mariam Uzebu obtained her LL.B from Ambrose Alli University and B.L from Nigerian Law School. She has gained a lot of experiences in the several areas of law including Land Law, Property and Corporate Law. She is known for her aggressive approach to handling difficult litigation matters like Landlord/Tenants matters, court dispute over land, commercial litigation, arbitration and debt recovery matters particularly where it involves fraud.
